September 28th - Last Camping Trip
I think I have a picture of me that looks very simuliar to this pose.
Ashton keeping himself occupied. Boys always like to dig in the dirt and by the time Ash is done, it is in his hair and in his shoes and in his pants. Great, and he ends up sleeping in my bed.
The hills are starting to change color. There is nothing prettier then Utah mountains in the fall.
September 20th - Ash's First Invite
September 13th - State Fair
Isn't this cow huge. Ashton was almost afraid to touch it. He had a really funny look on his face.
Ashton loved the pony ride. He thought it was the best part of the whole day.
Ashton was really interested in the chickens. It was fun to watch him checking them out.

The bears were playing in the water.
A big buffalo on the side of the road.
Petting Zoo at Wild Safari in Oregon
Ashton petting the baby goats. They were so cute. They were only a few weeks old.
TRIP TO OREGON
Aaron and Ashton at Grandma's. Aaron looks tired. I think we wore him out.
Grandma and Ashton. What a cheese!
Catch up time. We decided since Clare had a slow moment at work that we would run off to Oregon and visit Aaron, Eunice and Grandma. We had a very nice visit. The weather was beautiful. We had a nice road trip. We had reserved a full size car with Avis and when we got there to pick it up they had run out so they gave us a brand new Gran Caravan with all the goodies for the same price. It was such a nice ride. We had satelite radio all the way and it was very comfortable. The scenery on the way was so green and pretty in California and Oregon. We enjoyed being able to get to know Eunice alittle more. Ashton sure loves her. He keeps calling her that 'cute lady in Oregon' with Aaron. He is still asking us if we can go back to Aaron's.

Off Camping Again!
We had an awesome camp site. It was nice and shady for the most part and we had a small stream coming thru it. The boys loved being able to play in the water on Saturday. The water was freezing but they didnt seem to mind. Nate thought it was strange that we put the watermelon in the stream to get cold. Ashton loves watermelon. He probably ate twice as much as the rest of us.
